To celebrate the opening of our new office and store, ZEAL hosted a farm-to-table dinner last week at Shannon Red Barn Farm. The party included the music stylings of local bluegrass band The Railsplitters and delicious creations from Top Chef winner Chef Hosea Rosenberg and his company Blackbelly Catering. With the use of local vendors in all aspects of the celebration, we were reminded why we made the decision to move our office further into the heart of Boulder in the first place – this community is absolutely amazing and we’re very proud to be a part of it.
