Precise design process paired with very high quality frame and lens materials, allows all of us to enjoy less than 1% defect on all our Zeal Optics products.

Should the unthinkable happen and your favorite Zeal Optics eyewear are broken or damaged, we have two programs that will get you back into your Zeal's as soon as possible! It is simple, if your Zeal eyewear broke as the result of an accident (they were sat on) or natural disaster ( dog chewed them up) or something like that, then Zeal Optics' CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM is the fix your Zeal's need. If they broke for no explainable reason, it is possible that they are eligible for replacement under Zeal Optics NO CHARGE Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturer defective breakage.

So if you scratched a lens, sat on your Zeal's, your dog made your favorite Zeals's their favorite chew toy, they got crunched in your backpack or they were run over by an 18 wheeler (all true stories), we have a CRASH REPLACEMENT PROGRAM that will get you back into your favorite Zeal's quickly and at half suggested retail price. Send in "all the pieces" of your Zeal Optics eyewear that are damaged or broken and get a replacement pair of the same style, for 50% off of suggested retail price.

• Warranty and Crash Replacement claims take 2 - 3 weeks to process and are subject to approval based on the claim.

• Warranty applies to: Full retail purchases, made in the United States from an authorized Zeal Optics Dealer. Proof of purchase is required. Unusual damage caused by the user, by accident or natural disaster, will be covered under our crash replacement program.
• Please note that Zeal lenses are not warranted against scratching which will occur with normal daily use. Lens replacement is offered under our crash replacement program.

Q. Do I have to fill out the Zeal Optics order form?

Yes, Rx lenses are custom made exactly to your prescription, frame, lens material and color choices, so we must have accurate ordering information to process the order in a timely and correct manner. Q. Are Zeal Optics Rx lenses shatterproof and UV protective?
A. Yes, our polycarbonate Rx lenses are custom made to your prescription and offer the same shatterproof and UV protection as our non-rx (plano) lenses.

Q. Can I get Zeal Optics exclusive ZB-13 lens color in my Zeal Rx?
A. Yes, we can color match to the ZB-13 color we offer in our non-Rx lenses. If you want an exact match, select ZB-13 #3 tint on your order form.

Q. I don't see a lens material option that I want. Can you quote a special material and lens color request?
A. Yes, just give us a call at 888-454-9325 with your request and we can get you a quote within 24 hours.

Q. Do you process insurance claims to my insurance company?
A. No, but most of our Zeal Rx customers can do so easily, direct with their insurance provider by sending them a copy of their Zeal Optics receipt and any claim form the insurance company requires.

Q. What if my Zeal Rx is correct to my prescription, but I feel like I can't adjust to the Rx?
A. For most of us, it is our first time to wear a sport wrap with a prescription. It can take from several hours to several days to adjust to a sport wrap prescription. Common feelings during adjustment may be a headache and/or feeling like looking through a fishbowl. We recommend that you gradually use your Zeal Rx until you feel comfortable wearing them full time. You should not participate in sport activities with your Zeal Rx until you feel comfortable wearing them. If the Rx was made to your correct prescription, but you can not adjust to wearing them comfortably, you can return the frame and rx for a full refund on the frame and 50% refund on full retail price of the Rx lens, within 60 days from purchase date.
