HAVE YOUR SCREWS TIGHTENED
every season and have them tighten the eyewire screws
that attach the temples and/or nose bridge.
CLEAN OFTEN
it will help you see better. Use a bit of mild
Never use paper-based products to clean your lenses.
OTHER THINGS TO AVOID
Avoid glass cleaners and soaps that contain lotions.
Certain chemicals are bad for the coating of your
eyewear, like acetone, caustic solutions like glass or other
ammonia-based cleansers, hair sprays containing
methylene, chlorine and glue.
Your ZEAL sunglasses or goggles are warranted to YOU (the original purchaser) against any defect in materials or workmanship for one year (goggles) or two years (sunglasses) from the date of purchase. We're happy to repair or replace (our call as to which) any pair of our eyewear found to be defective. This excludes damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear, like lens scratching or accidental breakage. And we'll ask you to pay shipping costs, so we can send your ZEALs back to you.

IF YOUR EYEWEAR IS DAMAGED, HERE'S WHAT TO DO:
Send us your eyewear, packaged securely in a box. It's a really good idea to use a shipping service that includes insurance and tracking just in case the shipper loses your package. Include a dated copy of the original sales receipt in addition to your name, phone number and address. Include a check (made payable to ZEAL Optics) for $10 or your credit card number/expiration date and a note telling us how your eyewear became damaged.
NOTE: For prescription eyewear, please write "Rx" somewhere near the shipping address.
