What is included in free shipping*?

Free Shipping does not apply to percent off discount card usage. Shipping and taxes are applicable when using a discount card that offers a percentage of the retail price. Expedited shipping charges will apply to all VIP or percent off discounts. Credit will not be issued on any shipping costs.

Do you have any walk-in retail stores?

What is Zeal's return policy?

Zeal Optics prides itself on providing a quality product and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from zealoptics.com, we want to make it right. You may return your Zeal eyewear for credit within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition for credit.

If you purchased your Zeal eyewear on a credit card, a full credit (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be issued to your card. If your purchase was with a Gift Card or VIP card, Zeal Optics will send you a new card within 7 - 10 business days. Upon request, we can also email your card number and pin number should you wish to re-order before receiving your card in the mail.

How do I determine if my optics will be covered under warranty?

Zeal Optics eyewear (sunglasses and goggles) are warrantied for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. The Zeal Optics warranty does not cover any lens scratches, item loss, or accidental breakage.

Note: All incidents will need to be physically inspected to verify warranty status.

Does Zeal sell prescription directly?

All prescription orders must be processed through an authorized optician. If you need help finding a locally authorized optician, please use the DEALER LOCATOR.

How do I care for Zeal Goggles?

The best way to clean your goggles is to gently wipe the surface of the lens with the interior of the protective bag provided. DO NOT soak or submerge the lens. Do not use cleaning solutions or chemicals. There is no need to worry about wiping away the anti-fog on the inner lens with our permanent Everclear anti-fog technology, but a rough surface may scratch it.

To care for the goggle frame, be sure to remove the lens THEN wash the entire frame and strap in the sink with mild dish soap. Once the frame has dried you can replace the lens.
