Scratches are not considered a manufacturer's defect and not covered under the two-year warranty. Lens scratches are the result of something coming into contact with the lenses and not a defect of the materials. We do offer competitive lens replacement options through our repair department. All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition for credit.

We do not send out parts for our sunglasses or goggles except for nose pads for select sunglass styles. Lenses and frame components need to be sent in for repair to have those parts replaced by our trained repair technicians. If you need to send your sunglasses in for repair, please visit our Customer Service page and click on the "START YOUR REPAIR" button.
Begin your repair process by selecting the "REPAIR YOUR SUNGLASSES" OR "REPAIR YOUR GOGGLES" button on the Customer Service Page. At the end of the process, you will be given a PDF that you can print out and include with your sunglasses or goggles when you send them in.

We love our customers and will work with you whether you have your proof of purchase or not. When sending in your repair, provide us with the name of the retailer and approximate date of purchase and we will be happy to look at your glasses and determine the warranty status of the damage in question.
Along with any previous history, we will determine if your repair would be considered under the warranty. Even if it is not eligible for warranty work, we have great repair options. Zeal Optics eyewear (sunglasses and goggles) are warrantied for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects. The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer that clearly shows the purchase date. The Zeal Optics warranty does not cover any lens scratches, item loss, or accidental breakage.

All prescription orders must be processed through an authorized optician. If you need help finding a locally authorized optician, please use the DEALER LOCATOR.
The best way to clean your goggles is to gently wipe the surface of the lens with the interior of the protective bag provided. DO NOT soak or submerge the lens. Do not use cleaning solutions or chemicals. There is no need to worry about wiping away the anti-fog on the inner lens with our permanent Everclear anti-fog technology, but a rough surface may scratch it.
To care for the goggle frame, be sure to remove the lens THEN wash the entire frame and strap in the sink with mild dish soap. Once the frame has dried you can replace the lens.
